Our thoughts and prayers....
...to family and friend of Gary Krenik.  Gary passed away on 2/16.  A life celebration weekend at Evangelical Covenant Church, International Falls, will begin with a benefit dinner and celebration from 4 to 7 p.m. Friday, Feb. 24, and a memorial service at 1 p.m. Saturday, Feb. 25.

to Heidi and Harlan Schauer as Heidi's Dad recovers from successful
kidney transplant surgery at Abbott Northwestern.

A winter wonderland with more to come today, February 21!!  A short work week for many and a Great Winter Playground Here!! Another Great Winter Weekend ahead!!

Medallion Hunt: Rusty Lehto found 5, Jill Stimson found 2, Dan Arens, Amanda Durnin, and Jason & Traci Lehman found 1. The Hunt Bonus Draw $100-Dan Arens, $50-Jill Stimson who donated it back to the club.

Kabetogama Ice road is OPEN - runs from Kabetogama VNP Visitor Center rampto the Ash River Visitor Center ramp. Lots of fun and lots of ice fishing possibilities now!

Poker Run - lots of fun and $100 and $200 winner every week. See Gateway, Kec's Kove, Sandy Point, The Ledge, Ash Ka Nam or Ash Trail Lodge in our area for details.

Lady slipper help needed - we would love your input!
Added the 5K run last year and it was a great success. Any ideas are great ideas - please come share The FUN with us!  NEXT Meeting Thur - Feb 29th at 7pm at the Fire Hall or feel free to call any of the committee heads. Mel Carlson, Jill Kiner, Marlene Tomczak, Ann Sather, Ellen Hart, Linda Nordlund, Trudy Dunn, Betsey Warrington, Meg Thomas, Megan Wilkins, Jill Stimson or Linda Zahn.

Spring Concert at Kab Methodist Church - Paul Kyle will be performing his Irish songs
and telling some great stories!   Saturday, March 10th, 5:30pm at the church.
Swedish Meatball Dinner and home-made pies followed by some wonderful music!

KAB IS SATURDAY 8AM TO 12PM AND WEDNESDAY 12PM TO 4PM

ASH RIVER IS SATURDAY 12:30PM TO 4:30PM

PLEASE DO NOT put corrugated cardboard in the recycling paper at the dump. There is a place in
International Falls that takes it. BILDRITE located east of the railroad track on
4th street have container just inside the gate.
